#EdgeTalks 8th September will launch a social prescribing campaign to support new leaders to be community connectors and bring valuable resources and assets together to design holistic care pathways that are meaningful from the perspective of patients and citizens

EdgeTalks is a monthly WebEx that is free to everyone and it lasts for an hour.

This will be a conversation that brings patients, clinicians, STPs and others together to build a new future for health and care.
