My name is Donna Phillips I am the Clinical Team Lead on Scotter Ward I am also a FAB Ambassador and together with Sharon Kidd I am Regional co-ordinator for Lincolnshire for FAB NHS Stuff.
For Fab Change Week one of my pledges was to approach our communications team to see if they would allow me to run a page about FAB NHS Stuff on our trust intranet so as I can promote sharing of ideas within our trust and to encourage staff to use the ideas on the FAB NHS Website in order not to have to re invent the wheel.
Firstly I approached our communications team who were extremely supportive of the idea and one of their team visited me in the workplace to show me how to get started.
Gosh they were extremely patient with me and we got there .....my page had started to be formed.
Unfortunately due to pressures I have been under clinically I have not been able to finish my pledge but will ensure that I do so very soon (after I have had a recap on how to enter information from the communications team!!)
