The trust plans to embrace FabChangeDay in a similar way with walk-abouts, media interaction, main reception market place activities which will give staff the opportunity to pledge their changes.
The Pitch-athon had a Dragon’s Den theme and gave staff the chance to pitch their idea to a panel of stakeholders from various departments in the Trust to seek support to implement their idea. The event was a complete success with 22 pitches being made and indeed support being given.
We now plan to use FabChangeDay in a similar manner and will promote the support that the Academy of Fab Stuff can provide to implement pledges over the forthcoming year.
We are actively promoting FabChangeDay with a robust marketing campaign using the resources provided and have promoted it at our recent AGM, our monthly e-bulletin, on all our ‘Change’ communication channels and are using the twibbon on e-mail signatures.
We have an internal idea platform, called Idea Street, and we pledge as a Trust to share our ideas to improve the quality of care to our patients with the Academy of Fab Stuff.
