Sharing the success of James Paget University Hospitals Reconditioning Games Platinum award and the demonstration of sustainable changes and improvements winning the National campaign for Reconditioning Games. As a Trust we had the opportunity to learn from the Deconditioning East of England Games and were able to make improvements and significant changes to the way we approached the Reconditioning games.
This is our story of how we motivated, gained momentum and used a healthy competitive spirit, fun and commitment to preventing deconditioning and supporting the reconditioning of our patients and staff. We are super proud of our success and pledge to continue to gain momentum and looking for more opportunities to support our patients to improved outcomes. Reconditioning has now firmly found itself as a part of my portfolio and it is something I am hugely proud of and committed to support.
