Ready… Steady… SHARE!

Our National Health Service turned 70 on 5 July 2018. 

This year, we wanted to do something very special to celebrate. Rather than pledging about what you want to change, we have changed tact. Fab Change 70 is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of one of the nation’s most loved institutions, to shine a light on the extraordinary projects, ideas, service improvements and innovations that are happening right now. 

You are all our everyday heroes and today, we need you to join us and to start sharing! 

Who is setting the gold standard where you work? Who do you know who is doing brilliant work?

If we don’t show everyone the gold, everyone will just learn from those who are nearest (or whoever is nicest). If one department or organisation has a problem, we need to be clear about who we want them to learn from: where the pockets of excellence and best practice are across the country (and the world!).

We all need to discover who knows what, who needs to know it, and how to transfer these ideas so that they spread further and collectively accelerate improvements across our system. 

So for FabChange70, let’s save you some headaches, let’s all do our bit to show that we are one NHS and that we are ready and willing to show each other what we do well. It might even save you some headaches and, better still, help to save and improve our wider services so that we can make sure that they will still to be here for each and every one of us for the next 70 years.
