2020 saw our first ever virtual training being delivered. We started with 'First Steps'.
Delivering virtually has enabled us to reach geographically spread areas of the Trust who would have been limited previously.
Only a few tweaks were needed, quite a bit of PDSA and I think we're there, we've had great feedback too!
