To achieve my pledge 'To reflect our department (Quality Improvement) vision and focus through communication' I have since created a 14 page newsletter to share our successes over the past 4 months. I will produce a newsletter every 6 weeks to update all staff at the Princess Alexandra Hospital Trust the work Quality First are helping to lead on, facilitate or project manage.
