Simulation training is an essential part of the human factors education programme.
COVID-19 meant that face-to-face training could not take place.
A new way to deliver the training had to be found. It was decided to record videos of different scenarios and deliver them virtually, firstly using Webex and now Teams.
This delivery method proved cost effective and psychologically safe.
