Boughton Health Centre in Chester successfully rolled out record access in February 2015.
To get started, they talked to other practices with record access already in place, researched available guidance and developed a neat flow chart with roles and responsibilities for the entire team.
Regular training sessions keep staff, both clinical and admin, up to date.
