Our patients and visitors on the ward are given multiple patient information leaflet's to enable them to assist the nurses in keeping them well.
The concept was a bedside book which is half about the ward team, the ward routine and what to bring into hospital.
The other half is patient information leaflets which are focussed on keeping patients safe, and includes respect. This is about generating quality respect conversations between carers and patient and between doctors and patient.
