The aim of the project is to facilitate early discharges on Tye Green Wards by empowering healthcare staff to work in partnership with their patients and for nurses to facilitate safe and timely discharges
We aim for 35% of patients with select treatment pathways to be discharged before midday through Criteria Led Discharge
