We work in a Research Office and we are hosted by NHS South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).This means we sit with our commissioning colleagues from NHS South Norfolk and NHS North Norfolk CCGs.
We pledged to provide our CCG colleagues with evidence to support their commissioning decisions.
We had meetings with a Transformation Team manager to identify their question and then spent some time searching for evidence surrounding integration of services.
We had a further meeting to present some preliminary information and to clarify the format of the final evidence briefing.
We had a final meeting to present the two page document and to plan the next piece of work around community nurse services.
