It's early days but the "My Medicines Manager" service seems to be going down really well with patients and practices.
The service is run by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and is looking at a number of different aspects of medication provision and management from reviews of patients using compliance aids to those with poly-pharmacy requirements to specific conditions like diabetes and asthma. Will update as the project progresses
