Marie Curie Nurses can help you if you’re living with a terminal illness and want to be cared for in your own home. We offer free nursing care to people with all terminal illnesses across the UK, as well as support for family and friends. Our nurses generally provide one-to-one nursing care and support overnight in your home, usually for eight or nine hours. In some areas, we offer care for a shorter period of time, or during the evening or daytime, as well as care at very short notice in a crisis.

We also have Marie Curie hospices to offer the reassurance of round-the-clock, expert care and support, in a friendly, welcoming environment. You don’t need to come and stay in our hospices to get support from them; we also offer a range of services for people just visiting us, including counseling and complementary therapies.

Our specialist nurses add value to individuals living with a terminal illness. We want to be involved in Fab Change Day in order to reflect and share the work that our nurses do and we pledge to help people and their families living with a terminal illness make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert care, emotional support, research and guidance.
