Looking at role development across health and social care sectors

Health Education England working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex (HEE KSS) is working with Skills for Care, Skills for Health, health and social care employers, to support a coordinated approach in the development of roles (new and existing) within the support workforce in the region.

Through the Role Development Network, a core group of stakeholders will bring in relevant expertise to help develop roles, link role development to apprenticeship qualifications, and enable increased transferability of best practice across the region through a wider community of practice.
