Pursuing our aims to help patients and healthcare professional involved in anticoagulation service provision, ACE has produced a video entitled ‘ Let’s talk about Anticoagulation’ which provides a comprehensive overview of the current landscape of anticoagulation treatments, associated conditions and the importance of engaging the patient in the decision making process.
This engaging video has been developed for use with newly diagnosed patients requiring anticoagulation, existing patients who may be considering other treatments and can be used by healthcare professionals in complementing verbal and written information provided during the consultation process.
