Learning from Carers - The Sound of Music

Learning from Carers - The Sound of Music featured image
My wife has mixed dementia and often gets agitated during the evening.

I use the sound track of the Sound of Music to bring about a significant mood change.

She can sing along to the whole show word perfect. This must be so reassuring to someone who knows her memory is not what it was.

Why expereince 'Sun Downing' if you can sing your way through the evening as the nights draw in.

Happy Happy Talk........ I am wondering about making her available to a wider audience.

She is pictured in front of our revamped pier here in Cleethorpes.
