St Mary’s Hospice in Birmingham has launched a new care homes training programme as part of the Gold Standard Framework (GSF) training programme.
The training programme was delivered to 10 care homes and was funded by Health Education West Midlands. One of the key challenges identified by care home staff in the training programme was initiating conversations about preparing for end of life.
