We all have a #hospitalhack in us - what's yours?

We are aware that each individual who goes to hospital must learn so many lessons on easing their situation anew.

Much like FabChangeDay we really recognise the value in all of of us sharing our good ideas. Both patients and healthcare professionals…

We each of us have at least one #hospitalhack inside of us from our own experience of being treated or treating/caring for others.

I wonder if you/your colleagues/those you come across might consider sending us over a hospital hack?

We obviously highlight who it is giving each hack, and indeed many of the FabChangeDay pledges may link to a hack that could or should be shared more widely.

We have done some of our own to give people an idea of what suggestions are out there and put them on our website - those that would like to see them can, those that have a hack can just video themselves from their phone - just about 1-3 minutes - less even if you can squeeze a tip into a shorter time!

Just make one suggestion per video and we can share it on social media, post it on our site, give people some shared wisdom on how to make a hospital stay a little easier.

You will see what I mean at http://ingawellbeing.com/hospital-hacks/

If you fancy sending us one I would LOVE to share it, or maybe tweet about them to see if others would like to make one, or just watch ours. Thanks.
