Sometimes it can be difficult to feel positive in our working week as its often overshadowed by the challenges and stresses of our workload.
In a bid to get people to reflect at the end of their week and try to leave those work stressors behind and enjoy their days off I created High 5 Friday. A fun, uplifting challenge: share 5 highlights of your week to shift yourself into positive thinking going into the weekend.
