The STEP INto Healthcare programme addresses these issues; it is an intensive and successful programme which helps SMEs with innovative products increase their chances of success in the healthcare market, bringing much needed innovation into the health and care system. In partnership with TRUSTECH http://www.trustech.org.uk/ and Health Innovation Manchester (the GM Academic Health Science Network https://www.gmahsn.org/), the STEP INto Healthcare programme helps SMEs improve their pitch to potential investors and customers, and increase their chances of success in the life sciences market.
Designed for businesses with aspirations to scale-up, the STEP INto Healthcare programme has already welcomed a number of SMEs and provided them with access to networks, strategic knowledge and market opportunities, through one-to-one support and a number of workshops with leading industry experts.
The programme gives companies with innovative solutions access to NHS leaders and decision makers to help them to refine their pitches, marketing and product offer. It culminates with an opportunity for SMEs to pitch their business case to NHS procurement specialists.
