NHS North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and NHS Healthy London Partnership are carrying out a short survey to find out how the use and interaction of technology improves everyday lives.

We want to plan health and care services in London, designed around people and their needs so that they can get the right care, at the right time, in a way that is right for them.

NHS employees in London, or across the country, are very welcome to take part in this survey.

Go to www.research.net/r/NWLdigital

Alternatively, we welcome you sharing and encouraging your networks, patients, colleagues, family members and friends to participate in the survey and also encourage them to share with others.

The survey takes no more than10 minutes to complete.

You are welcome to use the attached banner when sharing.

We will share a summary report once complete with the Academy of Fabulous Stuff.

You will not be asked for any personal details that could identify who you are, and responses will only be used to plan for improvements in health and care services.

Survey ends 30th April 2017. Go to www.research.net/r/NWLdigital for the survey.
