Back in the March 2018 edition of the ‘Improvement Movement’ we asked staff whether they wanted to participate ‘in a conversation about happiness at work’ and what it meant for them.
We’re happy to say that a number of staff got involved and one of the things that came our of our conversation was the idea to do some short videos of staff talking about what makes them ‘happy at work’. Their videos were shared on social media in an effort in to build a shared understanding of what happiness at work means for them…
More than 880 people took the time to watch and many shared the two videos on social media that were created. Staff feedback that they appreciated the opportunity to hear for others and talk about happiness at work.
