As part of a recent Sweeney Project #allrounders made up of members of 4 wards at GHFT have been working on creating Nursing Ward rounds to improve patient-Carer communication.
The project is still in the early trial phases but check out the PowerPoint for a brief overview on what they are and feedback received about the rounds so far.
