This week is Nutrition and Hydration week and it's been the biggest yet -
Over 85% of Trusts and boards have taken part and over 2500 care homes - that's quite an achievement.
BUT still Malnutrition is a common health problem. There are approximately 3 million malnourished people in the UK at any time, with many more at risk of becoming malnourished.
Around one in three people admitted to hospital or care homes in the UK are found to be malnourished or at risk of malnourishment.
