Focus of #FabChange20
To reflect the global pandemic, and the impact it has had on health and social care services globally, #FabChange20 will be a day of celebrating, reflecting, sharing and learning from Covid-19.
#FabChange20 this year comprises two separate activities:
- Sharing learning, resources, how to guides and best practice exemplars to ensure that we learn and discuss the things that didn’t work initially and the strategies employed to turn them into successes. Please share your work via this LINK and you can find everything you need to participate HERE . The closing date for submissions is close of play Wednesday 14th October - so you've got three weeks to shine a light of the work that you, your service or your organisation has done to continue to deliver services during this pandemic challenge. And if being part of a positive legacy of learning and service improvement wasn't enough .... you also get one of these limited edition badges!
- We are hosting a global virtual conference #ChangingForTheBest #NoGoingBack on October 21st between 8.30-16.30. The event is being launched by Simon Stevens at 8.30 and from then on there will be 6 thematic streams running concurrently throughout the day. We will be producing a final programme for the event outlining sessions and speakers the week before FabChangeDay. This programme is flexible and you can join the sessions you want. All the speakers will be recorded and the videos will be uploaded to the website after the event to enable you to revisit sessions and catch up on those you missed.
Also, as an added extra you can join in a QI themed Randomised Coffee Trial during the month of October. Organised by The Evidence 4 Quality Improvement and Fab teams we'd like to invite you to celebrate #FabChange20 by joining the coffee trial , its an amazing opportunity to connect, share and celebrate your great QI work and build your network. We'll provide some conversation prompts you can choose to use, or you can just go with the flow! Sign up HERE by 30 September 2020 and we will randomly match you with a coffee partner to meet virtually during October 2020.
