During Covid19 the Swan EOLC Service worked with SaTH’s web development team to design & produce a visitors pass.
Due to the restrictions on visiting at this time we wanted to give EOLC pt relatives a pass to show if asked by staff why they were visiting as the pass gives them permission to visit at this time, it can be sent electronically if needed.
We have also started to put 1 pass in each swan memory box and more can be obtained from ward staff and the Swan EOLC Service.
As we go into a 2nd wave of Covid we are ready to support relatives at the hardest of times face to face or virtually using IPhones & IPads.
