Encouraging parents to look at an online consent form

This project looked at different ways to encourage parents and carers to look at an online consent form, giving permission for their school aged child to be immunised.

The team, at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT), found that a combination of emails via the school, phone calls to parents and text messages made a difference, reducing the need for as many follow up telephone calls and unfilled slots on school immunisation day.
