DGT Doers - rising to the challenge and supporting clinical areas

DGT Doers - rising to the challenge and supporting clinical areas featured image

The DGT Doers are a group of volunteers whose everyday routine has been disrupted by the corona virus.

Their role within the trust is to support wherever help is needed.

Some of their jobs include deliveries to wards, cleaning equipment and key areas, staff well-being and much more.

These volunteers are particularly note worthy as they were drafted in at a very hectic time when a lot of people have been

avoiding such jobs.

Despite working fairly long hours they have kept a high morale and bonded well as a team

Their contribution has been highly appreciated by all members of the work force and therefore we wanted to highlight their good work.
