This case study is a good example of how effective branding and communications can be in distributing information to the workforce.
To better publicise their benefits package and advertise the opportunities at the trust, Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust designed a new benefits brochure to be used at staff inductions and external recruitment events. As a result, they achieved better feedback for their induction and more widespread understanding of the packages on offer.
