Creating Caring Cultures in Health and Social Care: Getting Started featured image
2015-03-31_551abe79c4293_Slide-14-A.jpgThis week, FoNS is delighted to be sharing for the first time, our animation which aims to help clinical leaders get started with creating caring cultures.

In caring cultures, staff feel valued and are more able to take responsibility for what happens in practice and patients/service users experience care that is safe, effective and person-centred.

Please take a look at our blog and click through to view the animation.

We would also welcome your feedback and comments either via the blog page or via twitter @FoNScharity and/or @CEOatFoNS http://www.fons.org/common-room/blogs.aspx
