It is frustrating when I need to contact a certain person/team and cannot find their contact details.
I sometimes have to download the induction app to then search or look on the phone directory and filter through lots of numbers.
Being bleeped incorrectly because the numbers are difficult to read.
This can disrupt the current task you are doing and also wastes both peoples time.
There is currently a list of helpful/common contact details on our handover list but it is in no particular order and many of the team have reported it is difficult to find the contact details you need.
We have organised it into sections and arranged it in alphabetical order to make it quick and simple to contact the correct team.
This will mean jobs can be sorted more efficiently.
The team have fed back that it is easier to use.
