These packages enable you to target the areas that are most critical for you and your clinical teams, helping to increase local capability and capacity in key areas and delivery greatest impact for patients. Full Assessment This package is our most comprehensive, and is the ideal option if you have already started to develop an ambulatory emergency care service but need help in getting it up and running. The full assessment can also help you to analyse your existing AEC provision and improve in those areas that will have the greatest benefit for patients. This package includes:
- A bespoke full-day facilitated workshop for your whole team
- Two site review visits, including detailed feedback
- A dedicated improvement coach to provide on-going advice and guidance
- Comprehensive measurement support
Understanding the Potential of AEC This package will help you build a comprehensive picture of your local health system, so that you can quantify the potential benefits that AEC can delivery for the communities you serve. We will help you evaluate local pathway data, analyse the numerous options for redesign and much more, so that you can move forward with full confidence. This package includes:
- Two site review visits, including detailed feedback full preparation prior to each site visit to ensure both site visits are organised
- A dedicated improvement coach to provide on-going advice and guidance
- Making Full Use of Your Data Our data analysis packages will ensure you have the tools you need to measure and evaluate your data effectively, enabling you to make the best decisions going forward.
Option A—Collection and Analysis. This option provides everything you need to make the most of your data. This will include an initial visit to assess needs and flow. We will then work with you to develop a data collection framework and create bespoke tools and templates for data collection. In addition, we will provide a site visit and support to help you interpret the results.
Option B—Collection Only. This option will include an initial visit to assess needs and flow. We will work with you to develop a data collection framework and create bespoke tools and templates for data collection, but there will not be any additional support to help you interpret the results. Effective Stakeholder Engagement Stakeholder buy-in is critical to the ongoing success of your AEC provision, and this package will ensure you manage all of your stakeholders effectively. Delivered through a bespoke half-day event, you and your clinical teams will develop a greater understanding of your stakeholders’ needs and how you can harness them to improve your AEC Service. This package includes:
- Interactive half-day event presented by a service improvement facilitator and clinical lead
- Comprehensive event preparation
- Access to stakeholder engagement templates and resources.
