Acute Frailty Network Annual Conference 30th June 2016

The first Acute Frailty Network (AFN) conference will be held in central London on 30 June, with a packed programme of speakers sharing principles to optimise the acute care of frail older people as well as case study presentations from AFN network sites. The conference will include:

  • The care of older people in acute settings
  •  The principles of AFN
  • Clinical Case Studies from Acute Frailty Network sites
  • Designing a Frailty System
  • How the system needs to improve for frail older people
  • East Midlands AHSN Older People Living with Frailty
