The first Acute Frailty Network (AFN) conference will be held in central London on 30 June, with a packed programme of speakers sharing principles to optimise the acute care of frail older people as well as case study presentations from AFN network sites. The conference will include:

- The principles of AFN
- Clinical Case Studies from Acute Frailty Network sites
- Designing a Frailty System
- How the system needs to improve for frail older people
- East Midlands AHSN Older People Living with Frailty
