I am really passionate about working with older people and improving the services we currently have in place to ensure a warm and friendly environment during their stay whilst enabling them to remain as independent as possible whilst they are an inpatient. Our ward is passionate about making changes to improve the care we deliver at all times and we are due to re-launch our #endPJparalysis campaign on the 26th November this year after recruiting a further six wards in the Trust to join us.
