I am a Registered General Nurse and I have a national role within NHS 24 working as a Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement Practitioner at NHS 24 . NHS 24 is the national provider of telephone and digital based services for Scotland. We provide people with access to information, care and advice through multiple channels including telephone, web and online. I am part of the Scottish Improvement Leader Programme.
