Once my wife was diagnosed with Secondary Progressive MS I had to learn to cook to look after us both. I started the Ice Cold Chef across social media to support carers and many others with my fresh food approach.
Over the years my work to empower people has grown and now I am a Practice Health Champion and hold regular sessions within the surgery to help patients regain the best health and well-being they can.
