To ensure that the Hello My Name is …. legacy continues for our patients/ carers/ colleagues. Patient experience will improve as these few words enable the start of therapeutic relationships. This in turn will improve patient experience which will be evident in patient feedback and a reduction in complaints. Speaking to staff as I visit wards ensuring we talk about Hello My Name is … at huddles as well as with individuals will help ensure this legacy continues.
