My pledge was to improve Mouth care and improve patient outcomes by reducing chest infections and pneumonia.

Fab change week was a great way to share good practice and encourage others to make change.

Dry mouth is really common in Dysphagia patients, looking at increasing awareness I set off with a trolley and crackers!

Cracker challenge happened at Salisbury District Hospital.

I feel this is the best way to show staff how it feels to have dry mouth following poor mouth care.

It went down a treat with the help of some goodies. Staff also wrote their pledges, overall it was a #fabchangeweek
